With children things always come up, school, extra  activities and not to mention all the basic needs. Kids certainly grow faster than their clothes  and this was so very true in my case. I started taking day-long trips to local yard sales with hopes of finding clothes for my large family of 5 at bargain prices. “Those were the days when you had to get out the newspaper, plot your course on a map and head out. It was like a treasure hunt. You never knew what you were going to find,” If you would find anything at all worth while.

 

Having a large family kept me so busy I didn't realize I had an abundance of out grown clothing. And truth be told the clutter was driving me crazy. So like most I decided to have a yard sale the following weekend. I put my best foot forward by planning, prepping, and having a goal. I set up my sale to be well organize and offered many payment solutions for a fun and easy shopping experience.
And guess what? My yard sale was so successful that I sold everything and made a good profit.  I realized after the sale there were

other people just like me looking for a place where they could buy high quality children’s clothing that was still affordable.

I thought to myself wow this could be a good business opportunity.  

Taking a Leap of Faith

Among friends and family I became the go to person to buy and sell all things kids. I attended every Kids event sale and sought out fashionable finds for everyone. After years of encouragement Liljellybeans was born.
